Includes 2 screws, 2 screw inserts, & spring.
Does 1 bucket - 2 required per car.
There is a good picture of the 2 screws & inserts installed in the headlight bucket. The spring installs on the metal clip in the headlight bucket and the other end attaches to the inner headlight bucket / bulb reflector (not available new - inquire for a used one).
Need to do some minor filing to the original headlight bucket for this new insert to seat in properly.
