We don't recommend rebuiliding any hydraulic cylinders. Put a new one on and be done with it.
The late slave cylinder bolts directly to the transmission. The engine will have the thick backing plate (3/8") that uses lock washers & the starter will be in the higher position.
Don't forget about the hose and push rod when replacing your slave cylinder.
