Tired of messing around with an old beat up carburetor that has been "rebuilt" time and time again and still doesn't work correctly? Our carburetor is professionally rebuilt & we've had 100% success rate so you can be assured to get a quality rebuild.
We don't just take the carburetor apart and put it together and call it a "rebuild", anyone can do that.
Includes brand new throttle shaft - bushed front and rear, 2 base gaskets, & very detailed installation / trouble shooting instructions. All the air gaps have been closed off correctly. Each carburetor has been flow tested for the correct vacuum at the throttle shaft.
Painted, clear coated, & detailed with a show quality finish.
If you need the Carburetor Spacer click on the link.
Note: this carburetor won't work on the very early carburetor's (early 1200 A's with a date code of 53 or some 54's) because the vacuum advance male fitting is smaller. If that's the case you would have to send your carburetor to us to rebuild on a special order basis (extra charge) or buy the EL80 Vacuum Advance Line.
Due to the high demand of a quality rebuild and the low supply of good cores these carbs are tough to keep in stock. If you need one, and they are in stock, it's best to get one while you can. We do our best to keep these in stock but it's very difficult. Please see note below.
Note: Due to not receiving cores, our rebuilt carburetors will only be on a core exchange basis - no exceptions. That means you will have to send your rebuildable core first. Once we receive your rebuildable core, we will ship out the rebuilt unit if we have it in stock. If they are in stock it will say in the upper right hand corner. But you will not be able to add it into your cart because it's a core exchange.
If it says out of stock in the upper right hand corner add your email into the notifier and be sure to have your rebuildable core delivered to us. First come first serve.
You must fill out our Parts Order Form when sending us your core. It is in the footer below in Help & Support.
