Professionally rebuilt 3:9 rear end that will fit all original Metropolitan rear end housings.
Metros are known to be really loud on the highway whenever driving 50 + mph.
This rear end will give you a more enjoyable ride at higher rpms without sounding like you're about to take off.
This is a drop in upgrade for your Metro. Includes brand new ring & pinion gears, pinion seal, differential gasket, both carrier bearings, and front & rear pinion bearings. Thrust washers, shims, & the pinion gear axle are custom made / replaced as needed.
It's quite the modification to get the 3:9 ring and pinion gears in an original housing but we're lucky enough to know a guy that can do it; and do it correctly.

Core Charge - 200.00. For any core refund the housing has to be an original 4:22. Any other original housings would not qualify for a core credit.
Remember to send back the driveshaft flange also. Depending on the condition of your core it could take up to 2 weeks or so (once receiving) for the refund to have our specialist check it out.
