Fits 1500 motors.
This lifter will fit a 1200 B engine (they are the same as the 1500 - just different pistons) but you will have to make sure your original valve push rod fit this lifter. Most 1200 B's and some early 1500's used a different style pushrod (smaller head size to fit the smaller top of the 1200 lifter). To simplify - make sure the lifter & pushrod fit each other correctly before installing.
We think, if you combine this lifter & our new valve push rod, they should work correctly in a 1200 B engine - since it's the same as the 1500. But we don't know that for sure.
